When selling real estate entered into the register of monuments APA offers 50% discount of its price. In that case within 5 years from the date of the conclusion of contract the purchaser is obliged to submit documents which prove works done in monumental buildings under the supervision of Voivodship Conservator of Monuments (VCM) and valued not less than the amount of the discount. If the costs of works are lower than that amount the remaining sum with incurred interest will be returned to APA. The purchaser is obliged to give security for the payment for real estate and the discount. The purchaser can resign the part or total of the discount.
The contract for the sale of monument cannot be concluded if the bidder does not submit the program for use of real estate entered into the register of monuments approved by VCM. The deposit shall not be refunded if the program is not presented by the winner of the tender when the contract is signed.
