Objectives and Tasks of Regional Branches and Subsidiary Offices:
• takeover of agricultural land to Agricultural Property Stock (APS),
• filing, administration and management of APS land,
• performing ownership rights in APS land,
• debt collection,
• extinguishing, postponement and offering payment by instalments of APA dues,
• offering credit guarantees,
• supporting activities aiming the help for former workers of the state agricultural enterprises and their family members, to overcome life difficulties, particularly through granting scholarship to the former workers children, studying in the secondary schools or universities,
• keeping documentation of former state agricultural enterprises.
